We provide holistic wellbeing services including Reiki healing, group healing circles, and related spiritual services.

2. Nature of Services

All services offered by The Reiki Duo, including Reiki healing sessions, group healing circles, and free events, are complementary wellbeing practices.

Reiki and other energy-based services:

  • Are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional healthcare

  • Do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness

  • Should be used alongside, not instead of, professional medical advice or treatment

If you have a medical condition, mental health concern, or are under the care of a healthcare professional, you should consult them before attending a session.

3. Client Responsibility

By booking or attending a session or event, you confirm that:

  • You are participating voluntarily

  • You understand the nature of Reiki and holistic healing

  • You take full responsibility for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing

You agree to inform us of any relevant health conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or concerns prior to your session.

 

4. No Guarantees

Results from Reiki and holistic practices vary from person to person. While many people report relaxation and wellbeing benefits, we make no guarantees regarding outcomes, results, or experiences.

5. Free Reiki Healing Circles

Our free Reiki healing circles are offered as a community service.

Please note:

  • Attendance is voluntary and at your own discretion

  • Spaces may be limited and require advance booking

  • We reserve the right to refuse attendance or ask participants to leave if behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate

 

6. Booking, Cancellations & No-Shows

For paid sessions:

  • Appointments may require advance booking and payment

  • Cancellation policies (including notice periods) will be stated at the time of booking

  • Failure to attend without notice may result in loss of payment

For free events:

  • If you can no longer attend, please notify us where possible to allow others to participate

 

7. Code of Conduct

We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.

We do not tolerate:

  • Abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour

  • Disrespectful language or conduct

  • Any form of harassment

We reserve the right to terminate a session or refuse service if boundaries are not respected.

  • The Reiki Duo, its owners, and practitioners accept no liability for any loss, injury, or damages arising from participation in our services

  • You attend sessions and events entirely at your own risk
